Extended Warranty Labor Contract

The Extended Warranty Labor Contract is designed to supplement our industry-leading 5-year parts, 2-year labor warranty by providing an additional three years of labor and five years of preventive maintenance. This point-of-sale extended warranty ensures five years of parts AND labor coverage.

Preventive Maintenance Program
The Preventive Maintenance Program
is designed to maximize a facility’s investment by maintaining the technologically advanced functionality for patients and caregivers. This program is intended for customers with in-house service departments that need additional resources to handle preventive maintenance while the service staff handles the day-to-day service needs.

This program includes:

  • Certified LINET Technician
  • 10% discount on parts and repair labor
  • Guaranteed preventive maintenance compliance
  • Equipment maintenance history for compliance
  • Flexible invoicing options

Full Service Program
The Full Service Program is designed to give you the confidence to know that your service, maintenance and repairs are being performed by the people that know your products best. Each technician has received extensive training on everything from product specific maintenance and troubleshooting to safety issues and infection control in accordance with the latest guidelines.

  • Regularly scheduled on-site service
  • Original LINET replacement parts
  • Guaranteed preventive maintenance compliance
  • Equipment maintenance history for compliance

  • User in-service education as requested

Mattress Program
The Mattress Program offers a service solution that is designed to meet a facility’s operational requirements while providing essential maintenance and management of customer equipment.

This program includes:

  • Certified LINET Technician
  • Initial training for hospital staff
  • Parts and labor included as needed to return surface to full serviceability
  • One annual surface inspection guaranteed
  • Annual documentation of inspection and repair history of covered surfaces
  • Meets FDA guidelines

CERTIFIED TECHNICAL TRAINING
LINET offers on-site certified technical training on all LINET products. This program is designed for the facility that prefers to perform service and repair internally.
