The LINET Service Team can assist in getting parts quickly from our Charlotte warehouse to your facility. LINET has a nationwide network of more than 330 highly skilled service providers equipped to service and maintain your LINET equipment at the highest level.
SERVICE CONTRACT OFFERINGS
LINET offers a wide range of service contracts designed to meet your operational requirements while providing essential maintenance needs for your equipment. LINET recommends that all equipment is placed on a preventative maintenance contract to ensure worry free operation. Our contracts range from extended warranty coverage to supplement our industry-leading 5-year parts, 2-year labor warranty, to comprehensive offerings at an annual fixed cost. The levels of coverage offered are designed to provide maintenance and support to your equipment for the duration of its operational life.
CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN TRAINING
LINET offers a Certified Technician training program designed for the facility that prefers to perform service and repair internally. EXTENDED WARRANTY LABOR CONTRACT
The Extended Warranty Labor Contract is designed to increase coverage for warranty-related labor from 2 years to 5 years, to match the industry-leading parts warranty. The Extended Warranty Contract also includes:
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION CONTRACT
The Essential Inspection Contract includes an annual inspection to confirm preventative maintenance on the equipment is performed regularly. Any deficiencies that could affect product performance are identified and corrected BEFORE causing a problem. This contract also includes:
• A 10% discount off spare parts and labor for repairs not covered by the standard warranty
• Priority response from a service technician
• Annual maintenance inspection
• Annual electrical safety test
• LINET service technician on-site response within 48 hours
